Dust-Free Feeding Station

Dust-free feeding station is used to unpack, place, sift and unload small bags of materials in the industries of pharmaceutics, chemical, foodstuff, battery materials, etc. When bags are unpacked material dust can be prevented from flying everywhere because of the dust collection fan. When the bags are unpacked and wait to be further processed, a worker needs to put them into the system. Large materials can be stopped when materials go through the vibrating sifter (Safety screen),so that the discharged particles meet the requirements.

Dust-free feeding station consists of feeding platform, unloading bin, dust removal system, vibrating sieve and other components.
